TMSF Seizes Sabah and ATV

ANKARA- Savings Deposits Insurance Fund (TMSF) took the management of media companies belonging to Turgay Ciner after its secret partnership documents were revealed.
The secret protocols proving that Dinc Bilgin, the former owner of the group, was the partner of Turgay Ciner, caused seizure. Bilgin gave the two secret agreements, dated June 12th, 2002 and August 8th, 2002 to TMSF last week. The TMSF statement on the matter said the Fund was misled in the proceedings, indicating that, "sales and transfer agreements of the media companies of Bilgin Group to Ciner became invalid."
