Ukraine's Yushchenko due at NATO summit with Bush: sources

BRUSSELS, Feb 2 (AFP) - Ukraine's new President Viktor Yushchenko is expected to attend a NATO summit this month along with US President George W. Bush and other leaders of the 26-member alliance, sources said Wednesday.
A formal decision has not been taken but the Brussels visit, suggested by Kiev Tuesday, was favourably received by delegations of the military alliance, and the reply should be "positive," said the NATO sources.
Bush will attend the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit on February 22, at the start of his first foreign trip since the start of his second term in the White House.
Pro-Western Yushchenko finally took office last month after a two-month political crisis in his ex-Soviet republic following contested polls in November.
