BAGHDAD - Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Wednesday said a dialogue with rebel groups willing to join the political process was possible.
"The national reconciliation initiative holds the possibility of having dialogues with rebels who are opposed to the political process and want to rejoin it with guarantees," Maliki said at a press conference.
