500 Norwegians Attend Ceremonies In Alanya To Mark National Day Of Norway

ALANYA - Around 500 Norwegians, living in Alanya town of southern province of Antalya, attended the ceremonies on Saturday to mark National Day of Norway.
Norway`s Ambassador in Ankara Cecilie Landswerk, Sub-Governor of Alanya Hulusi Dogan, Alanya Mayor Hasan Sipahioglu and many owners of tourism agents attended the ceremonies.
Speaking at the ceremony, Landswerk said Norway declared independence on May 17th, 1814, and noted that they held the ceremonies to mark national day in Alanya in the past two years.
