Turkey's 37th Marina To Be In Service Next Year

ALANYA - The 37th marina of Turkey will be inaugurated next year in Alanya (province of Antalya).
Joint Venture Group, comprising 5 local companies, started construction after Railways-Harbours-Airports Construction Dept. (DLH) allotted a plot in April to construct the marina.
Alanya Marina Services Maritime Corp Executive Board President Mufit Kaptanoglu told A.A correspondent that the construction would be concluded in 18 months.
Kaptanoglu said the Joint Venture Group would operate the marina for 23 years and 8 months and the investment would reach 5.3 m. USD.
He said Alanya Marina would be constructed on a plot spanning 85,000 square meters, noting that 200 yachts could be hoisted and that there would be an opportunity to hook 287 yachts.
