GELIBOLU - Officials found ten bodies washed up on the shores of the Gulf of Saros in the Aegean coast of Turkey over the past few days.

Bodies of eight men, a woman and a child, who were believed to be illegal migrants drowned on their way to Greece, were found near the Aegean province of Canakkale's Gelibolu town over the past three days, officials said.

Iraqi passports were found on five of the bodies, officials stated, adding that no ID cards have been found on the other ones.
