Turkish deputy premier in Germany
Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc on Monday visited the Berlin Wall Museum.
Bulent Arinc, being accompanied by the Turkish Ambassador in Berlin Huseyin Avni Karslioglu, was given a tour of "Checkpoint Charlie", located right between former East Berlin and West Berlin, and visited "Mauermuseum" which is an open air museum displaying pieces of the former Berlin Wall.
Deputy Prime Minister Arinc later visited the Berlin Turkish Sehitlik Mosque and received information on the mosque from officials.
Arinc on Tuesday will meet with the head of the German-Turkish Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group, Johannes Kahrs, and later speak at a conference organized by the International and Intercultural Dialogue Institute on co-existence among the Muslims, Jews and Christians.
Bulent Arinc will participate in a reception to be hosted by the Turkish Embassy in Berlin on Tuesday.
