Russian President Putin meets Ukrainian President Yanukovych
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday said that the flow of immigrant labor force into the Customs Union, made up of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, will be limited as of 2015.
In a meeting with the Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych at the Zavidova Presidential Palace near Moscow, Putin underlined that Yanukovych and he would discuss strengthening relations in economy, energy, space and air industry.
Touching on the possibility of Ukraine joining the Customs Union, President Putin said that the trade volume between Russia and Ukraine went down by 5 billion USD recently.
"We will put all issues on the table so as to eradicate all obstacles in our cooperation," Putin also said.
