Separate buses for Palestinian workers in Israel
Palestinian workers reacted fiercely against an Israeli implementation on Monday morning whereby Palestinian workers began travelling in separate buses.
As part of the new implementation, Palestinian workers were sent to Israel from the Palestinian city of Qalqiyla in separate buses on Monday morning.
According to the new implementation, Palestinian workers will be unable to travel in buses with Israeli Jews.
On Monday, the Israeli Transportation Ministry said that the separate buses for Palestinian workers were put in service to provide "better service to workers".
Many Palestinian workers told the Anadolu Agency (AA) that the Israeli decision was an indication of racist policies of the Israeli government.
Around 85,000 Palestinians, including 55,000 with work permits, work in Israel.
