Gul invites Turkish businesspeople to invest in Turkmenistan
President Abdullah Gul on Tuesday participated in the International Investment Forum of Turkmenistan in Istanbul via video conferencing.
Underlining the investment opportunities of Turkish business people in Turkmenistan, Gul said that he would like to draw their attention to harbors to be constructed on the shores of Caspian Sea, renewal of highway networks, construction of new railways, industrial facilities and new housing projects.
Speaking at the forum, Turkmenistan President Gubanguli Berdimuhamedov stated that there were great projects in his country which are planned to be implemented in such fields as construction, oil, natural gas, energy, banking, finance, tourism, information technologies, health, transportation and agriculture and invited Turkish business people to invest in Turkmenistan.
