Turkish and Russian culture ministers meet in Moscow
Turkish Culture & Tourism Minister Omer Celik and Russian Culture Minister Vladimir Medinskiy met in Moscow on Saturday.
Celik said that Turkey and Russia should develop cultural relations too besides relations in other areas.
The two ministers met at Turkish stand in Intourmarket 2013 tourism fair.
Celik said that Turkey took many measures in security and health areas in order to help Russian tourists feel themselves at home in Turkey.
Noting that Turkey and Russia had signed an agreement to establish culture centers mutually, Celik said that there was a great interest in Turkey in Russian culture.
Celik also said that they would be pleased to host Medinskiy in Turkey.
Medinskiy said that they had the same view with Turkey to develop cultural and tourism relations between the two countries.
He stressed that they could introduce other values of Turkey by diversifying the tourism destinations.
