Turkish FM praises democratization package
GENEVA - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has praised the Democratization Package announced earlier on Monday by Prime Minister Erdogan via his twitter account.
He said, "We aim for a stronger Turkey with the Democratization Package announced by the prime minister. These steps were out of reach 10 years ago."
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has unveiled a number of reforms on issues regarding political rights, such as the election threshold, party organization, and propaganda in non-Turkish languages.
