Ankara - Turkey condemned Tuesday the attack on a tourist bus in the Sinai Peninsula which killed three people and wounded 14 others this weekend.
In a statement, the Turkish Foreign Ministry offered its condolences to the Egyptian people after this Sunday's bus attack.
"We once again reiterate that terror attacks will not be tolerated and that Turkey is in solidarity with its brothers, the Egyptian people," the statement said.
The blast is the first to target the tourism industry, a main foreign currency generator for Egypt, which has been suffering from political uncertainty since the army's July 3 ouster of the country's first democratically elected president, Mohamed Morsi.
