Ahmet Davutoglu will join meeting to discuss worsening situation in Central African Republic.
ANKARA - Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will attend the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) meeting on Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
According to a statement issued on Wednesday, an extraordinary meeting will be held because of the latest developments in Central African Republic. The meeting foresees the discussion of necessary steps to prevent the worsening situation for Muslims in the country.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: "Turkey will continue to support Central African Republic's people with humanitarian aid and help them build a consensus environment".
