The minister to discuss Turkey-Iran-Iraq relations, Syria, sectarian conflicts in the Middle East and developments in Iran
ANKARA – Turkey’s Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is visiting the Iraqi city of Sulaymaniyah on Tuesday.
The minister is participating in the American University of Iraq’s “Sulaymaniyah Forum”. Kurdish Regional Government`s prime minister, Nechirvan Barzani made the opening speech of the forum. The theme of the forum is `Navigating Challenges in the Middle East`.
Topics include Turkey-Iran-Iraq relations, the current situation in Syria, sectarian conflicts in the Middle East, and developments in Iran.
Davutoglu will also hold official talks in Irbil on March 4 and 5.
