Turkish foreign minister in Crimea talks

ANKARA – Turkey’s Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu took part in talks on Sunday with senior international diplomats over developments in Ukraine.
The teleconference request came from the U.S. State of Secretary John Kerry and Davutoglu spoke with British, German, French, Swiss, Italian, Canadian and Polish counterparts as well as U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, according to Turkish foreign ministry officials.
The senior ministers discussed the latest situation in Crimea where a referendum was held on whether to leave Ukraine and join Russia; the ministers stressed the indispensability of Ukraine's territorial integrity.
