Turkish gold firm sets up subsidiary in the UK

ANKARA -Turkish gold mining firm Koza Altin - the only major indigenous gold miner in Turkey - has announced it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in the UK to undertake gold mining activities from a foreign country.

The new subsidiary will be UK-based, named Koza Ltd - a company 100 percent owned by Koza Altin - and will have registered capital of $100 million, according to a statement issued to the Public Disclosure Platform by Koza Altin (BIST:KOZAL).
