KABUL, Afghanistan - Six police were killed and four wounded on Wednesday in a Taliban suicide attack on the Afghan Interior Ministry building in the capital Kabul.
An attacker wearing military fatigues wanted to enter the ministry building for an ordinary identity application, according to the Afghan Interior Ministry.
The attacker detonated the bomb after the security sources became suspicious.
The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack and said many police died at the scene.
