ANKARA - The foreign ministers of the Council of Europe’s 47 member states will meet in Vienna, Austria, for the 124th time on Monday at the Hofburg Palace.

Turkey will be represented by Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in the Committee of Ministers meeting as a member of the European Council, a statement issued by Turkey's foreign ministry said on Sunday.

The main theme of the meeting will be stability in the continent and challenges to the state of democracy, human rights and the rule of law.

In the concluding session on Tuesday, Azerbaijan will take over the seasonal presidency from Austria.
