Eskisehirspor and Galatasaray set for soccer showdown in Konya

ISTANBUL - Two Turkish Spor Toto Super League teams, Eskisehirspor and Galatasaray, will meet in the final stage of the Ziraat Turkish Cup on Wednesday.

The game, to be played at Konya Ataturk Stadium, kicks off at  8 p.m. (1800GMT) and will be refereed by Huseyin Gocek, who will be assisted by linesmen Orkun Aktas and Kemal Yilmaz.

The fourth official of the match will be Mete Kalkavan.

Galatasaray may lack their Ivorian star Didier Drogba, who has suffered a groin injury.

Meanwhile, it is expected that Lions' Uruguayan goalkeeper Fernando Muslera, who suffered a hyper-extended knee injury in a league match, may be selected for the team.

Eskisehirspor's Brazilian center-back Diego Angelo has an anterior cruciate ligament injury and will be ineligible for the final.

The team's Turkish left-winger, Ozgur Cek, might be out of the squad for the match due to injury.
