Two quarter final games set to be played on Monday

ANKARA - Playoffs in the Turkish Beko Basketball League are set to begin, with two quarter final games being played on Monday and the rest on Tuesday.

In this phase, Anadolu Efes meet Pinar Karsiyaka in their home court, Abdi Ipekci Sports Hall, on Monday with the tip-off scheduled for 6.30 p.m. (1630GMT) in Turkey.

Also, Fenerbahce Ulker, who completed the regular season in the runners-up position, will host Usak Sportif in the Fenerbahce Ulker Arena on Monday, beginning at 8.45 p.m. (1845GMT).

The next two games will be played on Tuesday.

Having finished the regular season at leader, Banvit will take on Tofas in Balikesir province, starting 6.30 p.m. (1630).

Meanwhile, Galatasaray Liv Hospital will meet Besiktas Integral Forex in the Abdi Ipekci Sports Hall at 8.45 p.m. (1845GMT).

According to the regulations, the quarter final stage in the Turkish Beko Basketball League will be played out in a best-of-three series.

Winners will advance to the semi finals and return matches will be played on 15 and 16 May.
