Romania gives award to Turkey's health minister

ANKARA – The Romanian embassy in Ankara Wednesday awarded Turkey’s health minister an outstanding achievement award for his contributions to improve bilateral relations.

Mehmet Muezzinoglu appreciated the gesture. "I want to add the health field to our relations," the minister said. He also wished 2015 would bring joy, peace and happiness to all.

Radu Onofrei, Romanian Ambassador to Turkey, also underlined the development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Turkey and Romania have strong economic ties through the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, Black Sea Synergy and Southeast European Cooperation Process.
